New documentation tool does not combine the docs from dependency charts in README.md

Currently the documentation in the spire chart is not complete. The documentation for dependency charts isn't visible in the root chart docs anymore.

We should see to point some hyperlinks to the docs for dependency charts or see if we can inject those docs here as well.
