Localization for csg
csg is a tool to make songs, do you really think that so much people that are not able to speak english, want to create song files, its not that trivial.
If I would see much songs made for canta from 3rd party I would happily translate it ;)
Its kind of a hack ^^
But again do you really think that much people want to create new songs? ^^
If I heard from 100 users of canta or so and then 2-3 would say I want to make a song but I cant understand english, I am happy to make some translations for them ^^

It's for future. Russians users does not speak English. Europe is English speaking, but not Russia.
Nobody created new media, because csg don't work. I wanted to create Russian song, but I can not.
hmm ok sorry for that.
you could as workaround just copy a random song from system to ~/.canta/songs/... then open it with the songeditor, delete all stuff and start over, replace the mp3 in the song dir with your file, and then edit it with the songeditor...
ok with csg its a bit easier... if you checkout or jsut extract the canta directory from github (from a tgz download) replace the run_song_generator I send you you could start it with ./run... in the directory then it will work. It should it does here ^^
yes only a workaround no real fix, I look if I can fix that later, have to test-install it I guess... its cracy that you dont get any error but no file dialog, maybe your distro has a buggy version of python-wxgtk?
