Stucked on "setting up..." while installing Spicetify Marketplace

Again, nothing. I ran spicetify --help to make sure if it was correctly installed

Are you able to type after running spicetify config current_theme? Or you have to press ctrl + c / enter?

No, I just stopped the proccess by pressing CTRL + C

Haven't done anything new, now all commands seems to work just fine
