The nowarnings config option doesn't (currently?) exist.

FYI, it seems like other options are not updated either:

ValueError: Improper configuration for sphinxcontrib-redoc at 1.opts: Additional properties are not allowed ('nowarnings', 'nohostname', 'lazy' were unexpected)
