kroki_inline_svg does nothing

I set kroki_inline_svg in the hopes that the svg would be embedded as an svg tag instead of an img tag, which I wanted so that I could style the font in the image. Unfortunately this option appears to do nothing. A search of the code shows the option being declared but never used. Please could the option be wired up to work, or removed.
