error with sphinxcontrib-fulltoc with sphinxcontrib-bibtex

Hi,

In my sphinx docs, my buikld succeeds with either one of 'sphinxcontrib.fulltoc', 'sphinxcontrib.bibtex' included in conf.py, but not both. The full traceback also suggests that the problem is some interaction between the packages. Can you see a fix/workaround? sphinx-err-q0fhc2xb.log
