Super + H minimizes certain windows (e.g. notes)

Super + H minimizes notes, but not sure about panels (haven't tried master, on separate branch, will edit). Photos aren't affected.

confirmed. Everything can be affected, it depends on the state of the window. I played with the window.types to allow resizing and moving (DESKTOP | DOCK window types seems that can't be resized or moved)... so, if the state is NORMAL, the Super+H minimize the window :cry:

I may have a solution for this coming at some point, though it's a little hacky.
