example site please

Hi,

to somebody who is new to Hugo and to the herring-cove theme, the docs a a bit terse. For me, it would be greatly easier if one could download a hugo site directory with actual contents so that one can "mutate away" one's own site instead of having to start over from scratch.

This could also be the example hugo site from where the example screenshots on the github project page could be taken so that one can easily verify that a local hugo installation will produce correct output. Thanks for considering.
