Is this maintained anymore?

I was looking to make a few small PRs here to address some QoL issues. But, I found some of the issues are already documented, some with fix PRs unreviewed for years. And, there hasn't been a commit in several years.

Curious if there's any appetite from the maintainers for changes here? For context, the main issues I am thinking about are better support for the none license, not overwriting files if they exist, customizable templates. I'd be happy to push fixes (I want to), just want to make sure there's someone on the other end to respond to them
