Some Blade (PHP) files set textwidth=79

Some files (*blade.php) that i load with/without Unite/NERDTree, setlocal textwidth to 79 so when i write some HTML i need to click J to join lines. Idk why only with those files, i tried to clean all directories like swap, views... Another with same problem?
