Android based RTSP Server which is able to serve live camera view to multiple RTSP clients, such as VLC.
Is this able to support USB camera devices? I have a USB camera app setup using [this](https://github.com/jiangdongguo/AndroidUSBCamera) library and I would like stream video feed in RSTP for web browsers....
