Do a text search of Journal Entries to convert into Actors and a Quick Encounter

This is probably better implemented as a separate option/button that parses a Journal Entry. Although it could be implemented via a dialog - currently if you press the Quick Encounter button with a vanilla Journal Entry you get the Tutorial. Instead you could:

1. Add a two-option dialog: "Show the Tutorial" or "Parse this Journal Entry"
2. Add to the Tutorial a button to parse the current Journal Entry,
3. Show a button at the top of the Journal Entry to convert it to a Quick Encounter (in this version it would be good if the Quick Encounter Actors were hidden and linked to the Actor entry)

The next version of QE (v12) will be the last, and unfortunately I will not be implementing this enhancement in it.
