Splicing

Eclair, Phoenix, and Core Lightning all support splicing (the ability to add funds to Lightning payment channels). Can Electrum do splicing? If not, are there plans to implement splicing in Electrum?

not yet. this is definitely something we want to do, but I'm afraid it is not going to happen soon, unless someone volunteers to do it.
