Can't find wallet after recovery
Hello guys,
I want to help a friend who doesn't find his Bitcoin after recovering his electrum wallet.
Is it possible that when you use your 12 words that some wallets are getting lost?
We see that the Bitcoins are still on the blockchain in the wallet but we can't find the adress in the electrum app. How is it possible that electrum is not showing the wallet?

Try different derivations in Electrum or try Ledger Live with the HW wallet or Exodus,
Was the seed originally generated using Electrum?
When you restore it using Electrum, what does it say for "seed type" just under the textbox where you write the seed? See:
