Configurable self.htlc_minimum_msat
Some nodes set a higher default htlc_minimum_msat and https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/blob/1f7ada3486cd39da6de9308c5f048fce1aeea8fd/electrum/lnutil.py#L113 rejects any attempt to open a channel with these nodes.
Would it be possible to make this configurable or increase the limit?

Do you mean some implementations set a higher value by default, or that there are some nodes on the network with operators that increased this value to higher than 1000?
If the former, which ones? If latter, do you have examples, in particular, what value do they set this parameter to?
