Yesterday and today I was waiting for two transfers. Yesterday, after receiving the transfer to my wallet, the value of the transfer immediately disappeared from my balance. [I marked it as 1 in the image]. Today, the same thing happened. The transfer came and the amount immediately disappeared from my balance. [number 2 in the picture]. What should I do? How do I recover lost funds? Help

your seed or private key has been stolen. you should stop sending funds to that wallet, and investigate how the seed may have been compromised. if there is malware on your computer, creating a new wallet will not protect you.

This is terrible news. However, quite surprising because below I paste the scan results from 5 minutes ago Image

Yesterday I updated Electrum to version 4.6.0 and before the update this situation had never happened to me before

@piotrekdec When you updated to Electrum 4.6.0, did you verify the GPG signature of the download using Thomas Voegtlin’s public key before installing it?

No, I did not verify the key, but I certainly downloaded the program from the official website

  • a negative scan does not mean that there is no malware on your machine.
  • your seed may have been stolen from another canal, for example by someone accessing a paper backup.
