Continous backups

Add continous backups as a scheduling mode: monitor the local filesystem for changes and immediately back up the changed file if destination is available. Do a new backup as soon as destination becomes available if a change has been detected while destination was unavailable.

But what about the integrity check and recovery information generation? These can't be done every time one changes a file. There should then be an option to do these automatically (interval / active using time / number of backups taken) and an option to confirm the action.
