Flatpak apps store their cache files in `/home/nate/.var/app/[rdns-style app id]/cache/` rather than in `~/.cache`. If it's possible to do a regex match, Kup should exclude by default `/home/nate/.var/app/*/cache/`.
I used this GUI for a while and later discovered Restic (https://github.com/restic/restic) as a backup tool. Would it be possible to adapt the current GUI to handle Restic too?

Currently, there is no plan shipped with Kup. I suggest, to include one which points to all the subfolders in .config which are from KDE.
