Any way to turn off controller ?

Hi, I know that could be strange, but there is a way to turn off controller ? Actually, I try to make a PowerShell script to do that. I think my Xbox controller have a flaw, and when i tryc to turn off my controller, many times they turn off and back on. This is very annoying. If I could turn off my controller via a script, I think that could resolve my problem. Thank in advance
