Escalate privilege per task/play/playbook

To be able escalate privilege per task/play/playbook we don't need pass become and become_method directives to instance of Playbook class.

Hi @spencergibb, sorry me for delay too. For the moment all tasks are forced to run via sudo, but actually most of them don't require root sudo. Instead we have to explicitly specify in playbook.
