Document new jvm properties

  1. spek2.execution.test.timeout - replaces SPEK2_TIMEOUT.
  2. spek2.discovery.parallel.enabled - controls whether discovery is done in parallel or not, by default it is sequential.
  3. spek2.execution.parallel.enabled - controls whether execution is done in parallel or not, by default it is sequential.

I know I offered myself for this one, believing I had a hang on how they work and that I was about to complete the documentation locally. However, I haven't been able to make them work properly, maybe I just don't know how to use them.

If this is still open, I can still do it if I figure it out eventually. Otherwise, feel free to take this documentation if you do know how it works @raniejade or any other contributor.
