support exclude filtering

I am running spek via ConsoleLauncher and as it seems, spek currently ignores the specified exclude filters as documented for junit5 here: https://junit.org/junit5/docs/5.0.0/user-guide/#running-tests-console-launcher

Any plan to support those filters?
