Menu item not displayed in when using mobile version

This is exactly the plugin I need. Everything is working properly when using then desktop version, but when I try to use it from my android phone, the menu entry (below Profile) is empty and I cannot start/stop the timer.

Redmine 3.3.3 and Time Logger 0.5.4

In fact, it works as long as I don't have an issue displayed.

On any page other than an issue, "Not running" is shown. However, the link doesn't work. It doesn't bring me to the "Time trackers" page.

If I go on an issue, the menu is empty and clicking on it do nothing.

Please take try the current master branch. I'm running 4.0.3 and it's working.
