We should allow an easy to configure way to visualise geolocated data

If I have a dataset with geolocated data according to our geolocation model, we should be able to allow people to submit the URI, or the RDF dataset, store it and then make it available as a layer. This could be done with an easy-to-use script or through a Web form.
