After A New Identitiy Is Created, When I Compose A New Message, The Identities List Is EMPTY

I am using 128.8.0 right now, but this has been happening for a long time. Probably since I first starting using it.

1. Add I new Identity
2. Compose a new message
3. Identity Chooser opens, but there's no list of identities

I have to RESTART Thunderbird to see the list again.

Suggest listening to the identities API onCreated Event and add the new Identity to the bottom of the internal list?

It seems that the onUpdated Event is handled, because when I correct the Name for one of my identities, the new name is reflected.

It also seems that the onDeleted Event is handled as well.
