docs: content upload command

Describe the Change

This PR documents the new content upload subcommand. It also removes the --include-all-palette-images flag from the content build command and improves several pages associated with the content command.

💻 Content command - Added the upload command, updated several flags of the build command, improved the examples, added links to how-to guides. 💻 Upload Content Bundle - Added CLI workflow to upload content bundle to Edge host. 💻 Upload Cluster Images to Registry with the CLI - Added extra registry-login step to authenticate with external registry. 💻 Export Cluster Definition - Updated the cluster definition file name. 💻 Build Content Bundle - Removed references to --include-all-palette-images and updated the --include-core-palette-images-only flag description.
