docs: create cloud-centric Getting Started DOC-1068
Describe the Change
This PR reorganizes the content under Getting Started into a cloud-centric information flow.
It makes the following changes:
- Adds images for each specific cloud
- Breaks up the
Setuppages to document prerequisites in dedicated pages - Updates tutorial text to reference specific clouds
- Updates tutorials with the cluster profile diff workflow
- Moves the
Palette Dashboardpage to the introduction section instead of Getting Started
Changed Pages
All the pages in these sections have been changed
