Nested live tables

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I was trying to create a table with a header, footer and a nested table (to display live data) and I ran into the issue that the outer table didn't have to be live but the nested one did (for my brainfuck visualizer)

Describe the solution you'd like The option to add a live table inside another table.

Describe alternatives you've considered I had a kind of hacky solution which was having the blue table have multiple hidden column headers (1 for every 0 in the white table) and then adding the row with 0's so it would be split up into separate cells, the problem is that the footer (which shows the code) wasn't able to go the full width of the table and instead had to be placed in a particular column cell. So it would be nice if the footer could be set to be the full table width and then hide the cells.
