Table Row/Cell Styles

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I have a table with at has rows that span multiple lines it can be difficult to distinguish one row from the next.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to have the ability to have table rows/cells with background color. This would allow for striped rows. It would also be nice to be able to have a border on each row similar to the border on the header/footer.

@shaneray Sounds like a good idea! Would you like to take a stab at this?

Getting the API right might be difficult since we're currently don't allow configuration by row, but happy to discuss it more.

I would love to contribute... However, I am working 2 jobs at the moment and not sure when I would be able to get around to it.
