Configurable query timeout for SQL validation

Configured with --timeout or --query-timeout, would stop checking for Looker query results if a query had been longer than the specified time. This would help with runs that get clogged up because some obscure, ancient PDT is rebuilding.

The result of the query would be displayed as if it were an error, telling the user that the query timed out.
