Add tvOS support

I don't think there is an answer to the code signing issue, unless someone is willing to contribute a signing certificate and profile. tvOS targets need to be code-signed, according to Xcode without exception. Travis is failing with:

CodeSign error: code signing is required for product type 'Unit Test Bundle' in SDK 'tvOS 9.0'

¯(ツ)/¯ anyone have any bright ideas?
