Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The following could be tidied 🧹 :

• [ ] remove the -metrics suffix from affected services
• [ ] remove the app & project selector labels.
• [ ] "speckle.networkpolicy.egress.internal" should use "speckle.renderTpl" instead of calling toYaml directly
