Feature: stream settings should autosave

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I change settings of a stream https://speckle.xyz/streams/{stream_id}/settings it requires me to press 'save changes' button. I may forget to do that.

Describe the solution you'd like Stream settings should autosave changes instead of requiring me to press 'save changes'.
