Document the limits of the Facebook API

The Facebook API is intentionally limited in comparison to the functionality available to the user through the standard web or native interface, not to mention the wide range of possible queries or actions that some or even many users would probably like to enjoy having access to.

For example, as trivial as it might seem, getting your complete list of friends is a no-go.

The limitations of the API inherently limit what facebook-cli can help you achieve. A brief overview of the major feature removals from the Facebook API thus far is available the readme.

Expanding the documentation covering which noteworthy features are unavailable or strictly limited would probably be valuable.
