step in topt(key='somekey', step=100); will produce different otp 99% within 100 sec

because when we do current-time-in-sec/100, suppose current-time-in-sec is 145236230 when i divide it with 100 it will valid for 70 sec only not for 100 sec. In speakeasy.js line no 135
