Converting links from spdx -> spdx2.2

There were dead links in the examples. I converted them all to the new directory "spdx2.2".

There are also dead external links to non existing sites. Maybe add something like https://github.com/marketplace/actions/markdown-link-check to the repository to check for dead links up on pushing/merging.
