Activation required almost every day

Describe the bug Almost every day I have to activate the Ray license on the only Windows 11 PC I use.

Ray version 2.7.5.0

Expected behavior That I do not have to do this all the time...

  • Windows 11 (Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2715)

I can confirm this on Windows 10. Purchased the license less than 24 hours ago and now I just received the message that I am in trial mode. Had to reactivate the license. 👎

I can confirm this is also happening to me. I'm running on a Linux system. Weirdly its happening on my desktop Linux but not my laptop Linux. This has been going on for a couple of months. I reactive on this device. I've even deleted the device on the website and re-added. Nothing resolves it.

I can confirm that this is also a case we have in our office for all developers. A banner that we are in trial, when we click it finds the license and the banner is removed! Windows 11 Pro

The latest release seems to have fixed this issue, no longer occurs for me.

I am running MacOS Sonoma 14.5 and this problem just started occurring seemingly after the latest release. I now have to reactive the license often, sometimes multiple times / day

macOS 13.5.2 (22G91 ray Version 2.8.1 (2.8.1)

the problem still exists =/

if I completely kill the process and restart ray, it works again

if I delete the old key and create a new one, it works again

I can confirm that I continue to see this problem as well. MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1 ray Version 2.8.1
