[3.0.0-beta.18] Support email is not clickable on "unexpected error" message

Running ray()->queries() on a Statamic 5 site, and had this happen:

Clicking the email address does not do anything - no new mail window.

Regarding the Unexpected error message, I'll follow the instructions and email support 🙃
