Notebook shifts to the left below new header

Open adamoppenheimer opened this issue 3 years ago • 5 comments

On the documentation for my package, there is an example notebook (here) where below the header "Connected sets for collapsed data", the entire notebook shifts to the left out of view of the page. A screenshot of the issue: Screen Shot 2022-08-12 at 2 08 39 PM

I'm not sure why this is happening, but if I change the header level from ## to ###, the issue is no longer there.

Since I want the notebook to be usable, I've temporarily made this change, but I would like to return the header to level ## if possible.

Thank you!

Your link looks fine for me on Firefox and Chromium (both on Linux). What browser are you using?

To find the error, it would probably be helpful if you could provide a minimal reproducible example.

Thank you for the response!

As I mentioned in the original post, I updated the notebook so the error is no longer happening, which is why you can't see it anymore.

However, even with the shifting fixed, there is still another bug on the page: the bottom panel moved to the top.

Here is how the bottom looks on working notebooks: Screen Shot 2022-08-25 at 8 42 40 AM

I apologize but I am busy at the moment and don't have time to create a minimal reproducible example. I will update you if I have any time in the future.

Again, thank you for the response!

@adamoppenheimer Any news on this?

@mgeier sorry, but I've been busy with school. I won't be able to work on any coding until the summer.
