x/second is not accurate

the counter for how much is being made a second is not working properly, this could be an issue with the speed of the computer but the countdown until the resource is full is perfectly accurate.

it seems like the counter for how much is being made a second is higher than what is being made.

The production / sec is rounded to the nearest integer. Thus 1.6 being displayed as 2/sec can lead to large gap between the countdown (accurate) and the time you calculate based on approximation.
