Feature Request: Expand rename contact functionality to PayNyms you follow

Currently in Sparrow Wallet, you can right click on a linked PayNym contact and rename it. I would like the ability to do this as well for contacts that I am not linked with, only following.

Unfortunately that's quite difficult to achieve simply, as Sparrow's wallet data store has no obvious place to put such data, which is coming dynamically from paynym.is. When accounts are linked, there is a wallet structure which acts as an obvious place to store the alias.

What level of effort would it be to update the data store so that PayNyms you are following are saved in the data store, and dynamically updated every time it reaches back out to paynym.is? Maybe via a PayNym table that stores relevant metadata?

This isn't a major issue for me, but definitely something I do with every PayNym I connect with on Samourai wallet. Helps me keep track of who's who. Might be worth updating the wallet's data store at some point in the future to allow for this.

I think users will expect to be able to "rename" any of the PayNyms listed under the Contacts section of the PayNym screen.
