[Feature Idea] Sync column ordering preferences across Views and/or Wallets

With the ability to drag/drop columns (Date, Output, Address, Label, Value) to customize a view, it might be nice to have a way to sync that setting across similar views (UTXOs, Addresses, Transactions) so that you get some consistency when toggling between views. And to also sync it globally as a user preference across multiple tabs/wallets.

(Not sure if "Views" is the right nomenclature here: referring to the Blue sections in the left column of the UI)
