[Feature] Store Layout Settings

It would be useful if changes to the grid views such as column widths were remembered. I find that, where I have long transaction or UTXO labels, I constantly have to expand and decrease column sizes only to do it each time the application loads.

Copied from #510 to keep this related request under a similar issue:

The sorting order in the tables (e.g. sorting according to confirmation date in the postmix UTXOs tab) isn't persistent over restarts of Sparrow, whereas it seems to be so on other tabs (e.g. Transaction). I haven't a comprehensive list of which tabs are affected but at least on the given example the lack of persistence seems to be the case.
