@RequestPrivacy I do not know yet how to clone the submodule also with https, so can't test that.

Craig fixed the issue in https://github.com/sparrowwallet/sparrow/issues/199#issuecomment-922994595 and updated the README.md. Maybe you want to reflect the new https cloning possibility in your REPRODUCIBLE.md file / pull request, so that once it potentially becomes merged is up to date.
