Cancel button doesn’t dismiss “Load Transaction” dialog on Windows

When clicking “Cancel” on the load transaction prompt, the folder selection window keeps reappearing instead of closing. OS: Windows

I can't reproduce this behaviour on Win 11 or Win 10. The file open dialog is OS level resource, suggesting this may an issue local to your OS.

I've seen this happen a few times, although only on specific circumstances where the dialog opened and the user didn't select a file, and the Cancel button wouldn't make the dialog box go away.

The only way to get the dialog box to go away was to select a transaction PSBT.

As far as I can tell there's nothing I can do here - this is an OS level bug (or at least, JavaFX framework).
