FontAwesome 5 compatibility

The markdown editor does use the FontAwesome 5 icons, but the spacing and other css is wrong. screenshot_20171130_102942

As FontAwesome 5 is nearing release, it'd be awesome if support is added. :wink:

This is still an ongoing issue. I notice it only happens when I have the fontAwesome js file included with the simpleMDE js file. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
