Unarchiver needs to accept input file and output directory separately

Currently unarchivers unarchive to the same directory as the input archive. This is problematic for the generate_appcast tool, which needs to work around this limitation by creating an archive hardlink in the output temp dir, which in turn requires that the unarchive dir is on the same drive as the input, rather than in system's cache dir.
