try to read data from RFM3250

hi i am try to read temperature value from RFM3250 Rugged Temperature Sensor. for this i am using M6E nano RFID tag reader. with sparkfun lib i run example its run , but not able to read temperature value. someone give example ,, i am using esp32. thanks
