RedBoard Qwiic Double Check

*1) This is all still in a branch from the main Redboard. Any independent repo in github for the product might be appropriate.

1. Have you verified that the BOM in Sparkle is accurate (also checking for PROD_ID, NAME, VALUE, PREFIX)? [NO] comment: There is no current Redboard Qwiic in sparkle. The BOM does not match up with the current Blackboard in sparkle.

2. Are 0.1 inch headers lined up on 0.1 inch grid? [NO] comment: The SCL,SDA, AREF GND 9-13 pins Header is not aligned on a .1 inch grid and is not aligned with the other headers

3. Is the LED color standard followed? (red for power, blue for STAT, green for TX, yellow for RX) [NO] comment: The "ON" / Power LED is Green which is consistent with the Redboards but not our other products.

4. Are there fiducials on both the TOP and BOTTOM of the board? [NO] comment: Fiducials were only found on top layer

5. Is the CC/Design By included in tDocu? [NO] comment: Needs Designer and revisor names

6. Is 'Revised by:' and 'Revisor Name' included in tDocu? [NO] comment: Needs Names

7. Do all components have polarity or pin 1 labeled? [NO] comment: IC-14038 Needs Polarity labeled on silk
