'Ignore RX' needs to set true or false...

Right now, it toggles. Toggling is completely useless and wrong. This means it cannot be sent as part of a SPI or I2C startup. If the host board restarts for whatever reason, while keeping the device powered (this will certainly happen), the host board will turn OFF 'Ignore RX'.
